THERE is celebrations in Dungloe after a local shop sold this week’s winning lotto ticket worth €1 million. The winning ticket for Wednesday night’s Lotto Plus 1 draw was sold Kavanagh’s SuperValu in Dungloe.
Manager of the store Liam McShea said it was great news for the local community and that €1 million is a life changing amount of money for the lucky person. The ticketholder has been in touch with the National Lottery headquarters in Dublin but their identity is being kept underwraps.
The winning Lotto Plus 1 numbers were: 06, 09, 17, 18, 25, 27 and the bonus ball was 05. With over 80,000 winners in Wednesday night’s Lotto draws, players throughout the country are being urged to check their tickets carefully.
