Killybegs 1-6 St Naul’s 0-11
Declan Duignan was in good shooting form as he helped guide his St Naul’s team to U21 ‘C’ Championship glory over Killybegs in Convoy.
Duignan kicked six of his sides seven first half points as they led by four at the break, Niall Prendiville getting the other score while Christopher Mulligan (2) and Edward McHugh pointed for the Fishermen.
Duignan kicked two more frees in the second half but points from Joseph McGroary and sub Naoise O’Hagan, along with a goal from fellow substitute Josh Cunningham made it a one point game with five minutes to play.
But Naul’s subs Conor Campbell and Christian Ward sealed the win for the Mountcharles men.
