DUFFY – The peaceful death has taken place at his home on Tuesday, 21st February 2023 of John Charles Duffy, Augheygault, Drumkeen F93 DNR2 and formerly from Lower Main Street, Letterkenny. John Charles is pre-deceased by his granddaughter Gemma Grace (Philadelphia); his brother James (Letterkenny).
Deeply missed by his loving wife Maureen; daughters Louise, Susan McCarthy (Glen, Carrigart), Aileen, and Claire Vance; sons Ciarán, Charles, Pascal (Chicago) and Pauric; grandchildren and great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law; sisters Mary McCoy (London) and Annette Duffy (Letterkenny); brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.
Rest in Peace
John Charles’ remains will be reposing at his late residence on Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday 23rd February from 2 pm until 10 pm with Rosary both nights at 9 pm. Funeral from there on Friday, 24th February at 11.15 am going to St. Patrick’s Church, Drumkeen for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
