Dublin-based law firm Matheson LLP has announced that Gaoth Dobhair native, Marie McGinley, has joined the company as a partner in its Technology and Innovation Group.
A recognised leader in the technology and data protection sector, Marie’s expertise is in technology regulation, including AI, outsourcing, commercial contracts, information law, and data protection.
She also brings extensive experience in cyber security, crisis management, intellectual property and consumer law.
Effective from 1 January 2026, Marie will also become Head of the Technology and Innovation Group, succeeding Anne-Marie Bohan, who has led the Group since 2017.
