GARDAÍ are appealing for information after a driver failed to remain at the scene of a road traffic collision in Killygordon.

The road was closed for a time and many homes were without power as a result of the collision.

A garda spokesperosn said: “We appeal to anybody who may have witnessed the incident to contact Letterkenny Gardaí on (074) 9167100. If anybody travelled on the N15 between Castlefin and Ballybofey/Stranorlar with a dash cam on that date between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, we ask them to please make the footage available to us.”
