GARDAÍ are appealing for information following a burglary at a building site in the Killylastin area of Letterkenny.
The burglary occurred between 5pm on Friday, January 24 and 8am on Monday, January 27.
A garda spokesperson said: “Entry to the site was gained after a lock was broken and a number of new builds were entered and had doors smashed. Lights were stolen from within some of the houses and a tower light was also stolen from the site.”
Gardaí urged anyone with relevant information to get in contact.
“If anybody observed suspicious activity in that area or if they can assist with relevant information, we ask them to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.”
