Donegal Youth League face Galway in semi-final

By Matthew Foley

DONEGAL will travel to Connacht this Sunday as they face off against Galway in the semi-finals of the FAI Youth Interleague. Eamon McConigley’s side will be hopeful they can go all the way in the competition and pick up some silverware but they know it will be no easy challenge.

McConigley spoke about how despite a few injuries, his squad are well prepared for the semi-final which takes place at Eamonn Deacy Park at 2pm, and they are hoping for an away win.

“We’re doing well, we have our preparations done. Unfortunately, two of the lads are out with injuries but hopefully there won’t be any more than that.”
