Donegal 3-16 Tyrone 0-17
Donegal U20s topped their group with a convincing eight point win over Tyrone in MacCumhaill Park.
The two sides, despite early goals chances for Seanan Carr and Ruairi McCullagh, were level after the opening 15 minutes at 0-4 apiece with Four Masters men Carr and Conor McCahill pointing along with two frees from Shane Callaghan.
Carr (f) and McCahill had Donegal a point up before Mark McDevitt surged forward and struck low into the net.
Kevin Muldoon added a two point free with Carr and McCahill adding their third point each as Donegal led by 1-10 to 0-5 at the break.
Conor McCahill hit a second goal after the restart but Tyrone responded well to bring it from eleven points to six.
But a Carr free, Callaghan, McDevitt and Dylan Mulholland added points as the deficit stayed the same.
But as Carr and McCahill added their fifth and fourth points respectively, Mulholland scored a final goal as Donegal won by eight to top the group.
