Cavan 0-16 Donegal 2-15
Donegal made a winning start to their Ulster Under 20 campaign with a good victory over Cavan at Breffni Park.
Shaun Paul Barrett’s Donegal were awesome in the first half and they led by 1-7 to 0-2 after 16 minutes.
Seanan Carr scored the goal while KJ Molloy and Paddy McElwee both kicked two points.
Cavan did rally but then their goalkeeper Liam Bell was unfortunate to score an own goal.

Scores from Donal Gallagher, Luke McGlynn and KJ Molloy put Donegal eight ahead by the 42nd minute.
However, Cavan then reeled off five on the trot and got back to within a goal.
Evan Crowe was sent off before Seanan Carr and McGlynn (2) steadied Donegal up with late scores.
