Donegal 4-19 Cavan 2-7
Donegal eased into the Ulster-20 final with a convincing win over Cavan in MacCumhaill Park.
Cavan started well with an early goal from Niall Magee on 10 minutes but Gary Boyle’s men responded well, hitting the net through Conor McCahill and a Seanan Carr penalty.
Sean Martin fired over a two pointer, as did Cian McMenamin for the last score of the half, just two minutes after the Termon man struck for a third goal in the game as they led by 3-9 to 1-2 at the break.
They continued in the same vein after the break with Carr and Muldoon adding scores, while Dylan Mulholland hit a goal as Donegal introduced the subs with Finnbarr Roarty and Turlough Carr also pointed.
Cavan hit a second goal late on through Conor Sharpe but it was only a consolation as Donegal are into the Ulster final where they will play Tyrone next Wednesday.
