Three young riders from the AAA Cycling Club in Gaoth Dobhair took part in the Track National Championship in Sundrive, Dublin. Clodagh Gallagher, a student at Pobal Scoil Ghaoth Dobhair was competing in the u-16 category and she won a bronze medal in the Time Trial. Adam McGeever, a pupil at Scoil Phádraig, Dore in Gaoth Dobhair and he won three medals. He won a silver in the Time Track u-12 age category, he got silver in the sprint and silver in the scratch. Dónal Walsh a student at the Rosses Community School was competing in the u-14 category, and he gained valuable track experience. This was their first time taking part on track. All three riders have been selected to ride for Ulster in the upcoming Errigal International Youth Tour.
