DSP to hold table tennis coaching course

Donegal Sports Partnership will hold an introductory coaching course for table tennis on Wednesday, April 26th at ATU Letterkenny’s An Dánlann.

The course, which is being held in conjunction with Table Tennis Ireland, will last three hours and will be practical based.

Participants do not need to have a background in playing table tennis to undertake the Activator Award programme.

This course will be fun and enjoyable and will be suitable for parents, teachers, older adults, multi-sport coaches, club administrators, and anyone who is interested in taking on table tennis as a new sport or physical activity.

Activator Award will provide an opportunity for networking and engagement among participants and will help them develop new skills through practical and interactive activities.

Each participant will receive one-year free membership with Table Tennis Ireland, a coaching manual to assist with coaching and a certificate on completion of the course. The cost of the course, which runs from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm, is €25.
