Buille is a brand-new, exciting and edgy music show that shines a light on some of the most talented and diverse musicians in Ireland today.
Filmed in front of a live audience in the iconic Dolan’s in Limerick – one of the country’s best and buzziest music venues – presenters Eve Belle and Cian McCarthy were on hand to showcase an eclectic mix of top-tier performances: we had everything from hip hop to jazz, rock to R&B.
On Sunday, May 7 on TG4 at 10.35pm Eve Belle, who also presents the series will be performing on this episode.
Eve a self-described “singer of sad bops”, hails from Gaoth Dobhair in the Donegal Gaeltacht.
Her first ever stage appearance was in the county’s famous Leo’s Tavern, known for its ties with Enya and Clannad.
Since then the singer has enjoyed success with her particular brand of soul-searching music, and has opened for such artists as Hozier, Wyvern Lingo and Mabel.
Her debut album ‘Between Moments’ was released in 2020 to critical acclaim.
Despite having left Donegal a number of years ago, Eve’s homeplace continues to influence her music, with the singer saying that Donegal “kind of seeps into your soul as place.”
