TWO apartments and a number of residential properties in Donegal are among the lots to go under the hammer at an online auction this week.
BidX1, the digital property investment platform is hosting two online auctions on July 28 and 30.
Two two-bedroom apartments situated in the Atlantic Point Apartments, Atlantic Way, Bundoran go to auction tomorrow with a guide price of €40,000. Each apartment extends to approximately 828 sq ft and are subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €3,600 per annum. Apartment number 41 is on the first floor while Apartment 69 is located on the third floor.
A number of residential properties in Milford, Convoy, Lifford and Glenties are also for sale.
A four-bed home at 15 Greenfields in Convoy has a guide price of €60,000. A detached three-bedroom property 23 Beechwood Park in Lifford goes to auction for €65,000.
A mid terrace three-bedroom house at 40 Lough Fern Height, Forquar, Milford has a €40,000 guide price. A large six bedroom detached house on Glenties Main Street has a €60,000 price tag.
Meanwhile, two parcels of lands at Manorcunningham and Buncrana go to auction on Thursday.
The land at Kincraigy, Manorcunningham extends to approximately 0.28 hectares (0.69 acres) and is vacant possession.
The parcel of land at Porthaw, Buncrana, has potential for residential development (subject to obtaining all necessary planning consents). Extending to approximately 0.87 hectares (2.14 acres) it too is vacant possession.
More than 250 properties across Ireland will be offered across the two days of auctions.
