DONEGAL minor manager Luke Barrett is adamant that his side will give it ‘absolutely everything’ when they face Tyrone in the Ulster Minor Championship Final on Friday evening at Brewster Park.
Donegal are appearing in their first provincial decider at this age group in five years.
However, they are likely to be up against it when they face a Tyrone side who have easily accounted for Down and Fermanagh in recent weeks.
Donegal’s passage has not been as straight-forward but they have built up momentum after seeing off Antrim and then grinding out wins against Monaghan and Armagh.
Tyrone head the Ulster Minor Football Championship roll-of-honour with 23 triumphs, while Donegal’s record is poor in comparison.
