Donegal 1-7 Tyrone 2-11
The Donegal minors lost out to a slicker Tyrone side in the Ulster Minor Championship Final at Brewster Park this evening.
The sides were level at the first water break at two points apiece with Kevin McCormack and Daniel Marley on the mark for Donegal.
However, Tyrone outscored Luke Barrett’s team by five points to one over the remainder of the half.
Donegal were fortunate to still be in touch at half-time as Tyrone registered 11 wides.

Michael Callaghan and Sean Ward kicked the first two points of the second half, before Eoin McElholm pushed Tyrone three ahead again in the 47th minute.
The sides then swapped points before Tyrone hit two goals in the space of sixty seconds with Conor Owens and Cormac Devlin both finding the net.
Donegal did pull a goal back in the 56th minute when Karl Joseph Molloy sent a brilliant shot into the bottom corner.
Luke Barrett’s side didn’t give up but Tyrone were the better team and they deserved their victory.
