Donegal Minor hurlers turn on the style in second half

Donegal 5-13 Louth 1-5

The Donegal minor hurlers took a while to get going but they blew away Louth in the second half in the U17 Development League in Convoy on Tuesday.

The Daithi Roberts managed side were wasteful in the first half with 12 wides and went into the break 0-5 to 0-2 ahead thanks to points from Eoin McDaid (2) and Devyn McColgan (3).

McDaid hit two goals in the second half with McColgan adding another, while substitute Corey Sheridan impressed as he hit 2-3 after the restart as Donegal won with ease to go top of the table.
