A DONEGAL man who was killed in a work place incident in Australia earlier this month will be laid to rest in Kilcar on Friday.
Barry Breslin (35) from Straleel, Kilcar is believed to have been struck by an excavator while working in Perth on Thursday, October 3.
As a result of this, he sustained serious head injuries and was taken by ambulance to the Royal Perth Hospital but passed away a short time later.
The father of one had been living in Australia for a number of years.
Mr Breslin’s remains will repose at his residence in Straleel, F94KO62, on Wednesday, October 23 from 4pm to 10pm and again on Thursday from 12pm to 10pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 25 at 11am in St Cartha’s Church, Kilcar with burial afterwards in the local Cemetery.
House is private on the morning of the Funeral.
Mr Breslin is the beloved father of his son Tommy and is sadly missed by his loving Fiancée, Melissa, his parents Mary and Seamus, his brothers Owen (Beth and Hazel) and Shane (Gerard), his grandmother, Mary Ann (Byrne), his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, many friends and neighbours.
