A Donegal man accused of murdering his parents in Donegal is to stand trial in June.
Julian Cuddihy (43), of Churchtown, Carndonagh, Co Donegal is charged with the murder of his parents Jimmy (77) and 73-year-old Kathleen at their home in Carndonagh on or around October 22, 2014.
Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy set the trial date for June 7, 2016.
