Donegal LGFA invite applications for senior manager

The Donegal LGFA are inviting expressions of interest from potential candidates for the position of Team Manager for the County Senior Team.

The LGFA are looking for a replacement for Maxi Curran after he stepped down from his role as the manager following six years in charge.

Curran, who led Donegal to three Ulster titles, two All-Ireland semi-finals and a Division 1 league final, was in charge for the last time last month as Donegal lost 3-12 to 0-6 against Leinster champions Dublin in the All-Ireland Senior Championship quarter-final in MacCumhaill Park.

The closing date for applications is 5.00pm, Friday August 18th, 2023. Expressions of interest and CV should be sent by email only to the County Secretary at secretary.donegal@lgfa.ie

Donegal LGFA are also inviting expressions of interest from potential candidates for the position of Team Manager for the County U16 Team.

Liam Skelly was the U16 manager for the 2023 season but has stepped away from the job.

The closing date for applications is 5.00pm, Friday August 18th, 2023. Expressions of interest and CV should be sent by email only to our County Secretary at secretary.donegal@lgfa.ie

Enquiries beyond the deadlines may be declined.

It also lies within the remit of Donegal LGFA to identify potential candidates for this role.
