CLG Dún na nGall have released a statement thanking the outgoing senior football management team for their endeavours in 2023.
It was a challenging year but Aidan O’Rourke stepped in as Interim manager in March.
The team saw improved fortunes in the championship but bowed out when defeated by Tyrone last week. O’Rourke has now stepped away from Donegal football.
“CLG Dún na nGall would like to sincerely thank Aidan O’Rourke, Paddy Bradley and the entire backroom team, for their work with the senior Donegal team, over the last number of months.
“We wish them every success in their future endeavours.
“In the coming days, Donegal GAA will move to seek expressions of interest, from those who may be interested in becoming the next Donegal Senior team manager.”
