Donegal footballers among nominees for FAI Awards

Two Donegal footballers are among the nominees for the 33rd FAI International Awards ahead of a ceremony on Tuesday, June 20 in The Round Room in The Mansion House.

Amber Barrett (Milford) is up for International Goal of the Year for her historic strike against Scotland which sealed Ireland’s spot in the World Cup this summer.

Lee McColgan (Creesough) who plays for Cockhill Celtic, is one of three nominees for the Amateur International of the Year.
