THE search is on for a family from Donegal to take part in a new TV series which would follow them on a sun holiday to Spain at the end of this month.
The production company behind the BAFTA nominated documentary series ‘Educating Yorkshire’ are now  working a new documentary series for Sky1 called ‘The Sun Set’.

The makers of the programme contacted the Donegal News this week to see if any of our readers would be interested in taking part in the show.

“We’re looking for families from Donegal with lots of character to take part in the programme. Filming will take place over four days between the end of this month and August,” said Lead Researcher Simon Boniface.

Explaining more about the programme, Mr Boniface said: “The Sun Set will follow families on holiday to a beautiful villa in Spain this summer. The programme will have moments of joy, laughter and an overall heart-warming feel that celebrates family life and the things we can all relate to.”
