Armagh got off to a great start and they led by 1-3 to 0-2 after 13 minutes. Full-Forward Eamon McGeown scored their goal and caused havoc for the Donegal full-back line.

Declan Bonner’s side improved in the second quarter, with Patrick McBrearty in red-hot form, and the sides were level at the break.

Stephen McBrearty caught the eye in the closing exchanges as Donegal eased to victory.

Bonner’s side will face Tyrone in the Dr McKenna Cup final on February 18/19.
