DOHERTY, John – peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne.

Beloved husband of Mary, much loved father of Patrick, Nicola, Stephen and the late Martin, cherished brother of Maureen, Sadie, Betty and Rosaleen, dearly loved grandfather of Elizabeth, Matthew and Donnacha Martin, adored great grandfather of Emily and Hollie.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his Soul

Remains reposing at his late residence on Sunday, December 30th from 6 pm. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday, January 1st at 10.30 am for Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Sessiaghoneill at 11 am, with interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

Family time please from 11 pm to 11 am and on the morning of the funeral.
