Digger bucket stolen from construction site

GARDAÍ are investigating the theft of a brand new digger bucket from a construction site in Letterkenny.

The black machinery, 1.6m wide and approximately 900mm deep, was stolen from a construction site to the rear of the Retail Park on Paddy Harte Road sometime between Friday, August 8 at 2.30pm and Monday, August 11 at 8am.

In order to remove the bucket from the area, the use of heavy machinery would have been required.
