EUNAN Devenney, Ballybofey boxing coach has completed yet another successful Christmas toy appeal.
For the last 23 years, Eunan Devenney has been giving back to the community through a Christmas toy appeal.
Throughout December he relies on generous donors to help him reach his targets so that the children of Donegal can experience a magical Christmas.
He aimed to donate a bag of toys for 50 children. These children are in social care in Donegal so it’s truly an excellent local cause.
The appeal was aimed at boys and girls aged 1-17 years old.
Eunan was informed of the age and gender of the children who benefitted from his collection, and the toys were gathered to suit.
People were asked to donate toys, gifts or vouchers.
And thanks to their generosity the appeal has been a triumph.
After a massive effort, Eunan and his three sons, Nial, Sean and Cathair delivered the much needed toys to Donegal Town.
