BRENDAN Devenney produced magic at O’Donnell Park many times down through the years, and he hopes the Donegal players can find their spark at the Letterkenny venue against Galway this Sunday.
Devenney starred there for St Eunan’s, while he also had one of his best Donegal displays at O’Donnell Park in 2007.
Kerry were the visitors as Donegal played their first game at O’Donnell Park since 1977, and Devenney was key to their 1-15 to 0-13 victory, scoring seven points in a scintillating display.
The league record at O’Donnell Park hasn’t been great since then but Donegal did beat Armagh by a point there last year.
