St Michael’s 0-14 Termon 1-7
St Michael’s picked up their second win of the Senior Football Championship with a deserved derby triumph over Termon at the Bridge today.
The home team had the better of the first half and led by 0-7 to 0-5 at the break.
St Michael’s were much the better team in the second half and were able to open up a seven point lead.
Termon went thirty minutes without a score before Oisin Harkin pointed and then Kevin McGettigan grabbed a goal.
However, the Creeslough/Dunfanaghy men held firm in the closing minutes to claim an important victory.
