Naomh Conaill 0-11 St Eunan’s 0-9
Naomh Conaill are through to the Donegal SFC for the seventh successive season after they deservedly got the better of St Eunan’s in the sem-final at MacCumhaill Park this afternoon.
Naomh Conaill had the breeze in the first half and they led by 0-6 to 0-4 at half-time.
Martin Regan’s men had the better of the third quarter and great scores from Ciaran Thompson and Jeaic Mac Ceallbhuí put them four ahead.
St Eunan’s battled back and three points in-a-row left just a point between the sides.
However, that was as good as it got and a 56th minute free from Ciaran Thompson sealed the win.
There were unsavoury scenes after the match with both teams colliding but it is Naomh Conaill who advance through to the decider.
