He will be remembered by so many for his warmth and engaging personality which ensured that any time spent in his company always brought a smile.

Wearing his hi-viz jacket, Odhran loved nothing more than to lend a hand with family or friends, whether it was on the farm, or at a community event where he was always happy to help out.

He made friends wherever he went, and he was popular among customers and staff at the various outlets where he worked over recent years including Hegarty’s Ford, Letterkenny Motors, Donaghy Motorhomes and Robert Kee’s in Letterkenny.

Odhran will be missed most by his loving family. His father Paul works with Donegal County Council in Letterkenny and his mum Kathleen was a valued colleague in local media here in Donegal, working for many years with the Donegal People’s Press and Donegal Democrat.

Odhran is also survived by his loving sister Aisling and husband James. He will be fondly remembered by his granny Grace, aunts, uncles, cousins, good neighbours and many friends.

Odhrán’s remains will be reposing at his late residence from 2pm until 10pm today, Friday and from 12pm until 10pm tomorrow Saturday.

Funeral from there on Sunday morning going to St. Colmcille’s Church, Glendowan for Requiem Mass at 10.30am, followed by interment in Templedouglas Cemetery.
