I don’t think the communication levels have been anywhere near where they should have been.

Karl Lacey has so much to offer and we were privileged to have someone with his expertise running our academy.
I worked with Karl for three years after he retired, and I know the professionalism that he brings to the table.
We have got to get him back and whatever needs to be done, just has to happen.
