I WAS driving through Pettigo earlier this week and it was brilliant to see all the green and gold flags out ahead of the Ulster Final.

Pettigo was always the first port of call coming back from a provincial decider, and you could always be sure of a brilliant welcome.

Ulster Final day is such a wonderful day in the calendar.

It’s hard to beat the colour and the craic in Clones, with people from all over the province driving in through the back roads.
