Joe McDaid, Letterkenny
The death has occurred of Joe McDaid, 33 Beechwood Road, Letterkenny.
Mr McDaid passed away peacefully in Letterkenny University Hospital on Tuesday, February 3. Deeply regretted by his loving family, Patrick, Sheila, Brid, Joseph and Shaun, sons-in-law Iain and Renard, grandchildren Hugh, Emér, Sean, Marley, Deirdre and Isobel, sisters Peggy, Sadie, Frances and Julia, sister-in-law Mary, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his wife Anna Rose, brother John and sisters Catherine and Maura.
Reposing at his home from 3pm tomorrow, Thursday February 5.
House private to neighbours and close relatives.
Removal from his home on Friday, February 6 going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Gortlee, Letterkenny, to arrive at 6pm, to repose overnight.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 7 at 11am.
Burial afterwards in St Columba’s Cemetery, Kilmacrennan.

Kathleen (Kay) Crocock, Sligo and Bundoran
The death has occurred of Kathleen (Kay) Crocock (née Bowe), 25 Martin Savage Tce, Sligo Town, Sligo and formerly of Finner, Bundoran.
Ms Crocock passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Edmund (Eddie) and her brother Patsy.
Loving mother of Barry, Tony, Caroline, Aideen, Patrick and Darren.
She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, grandchildren Heather, David, Rachel, Conor, Shane, Oisin, Sarah, Niamh, Katie, Kyle and Liam, great-grandsons Cobi, Caben and Carsen, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brother-in-law Noel, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Thursday, February 5 from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral will arrive to St Anne’s Church, Sligo on Friday, February 6 at 11am for requiem Mass with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.

The death has occurred of Nora Cassidy, Iomaire Mhuireanáin, Teelin.
Ms Cassidy passed away peacefully in the wonderful and gentle care of the staff at The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice, Glasgow after a long illness on Saturday, January 31.
She is predeceased by her parents Con and Mary Kate Cassidy.
Beloved partner of Joe, Nora will be sadly missed by her sisters Katie and Peggy, her niece Siobhán, nephews Brendan and Shane, brothers-in-law John and Tommy and a wide circle of relatives and friends.
Reposing at McCabe’s Funeral Home, Ardara (F94 VCK1) tomorrow, Thursday, February 5 from 4pm until 8pm and again on Friday, February 6 from 2pm until 6pm.
Removal to St Columba’s Church, Carrick on Friday evening, February 6 to arrive at 7pm, travelling via Killybegs.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 7 at 11 am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Dr Patrick Joseph (Joe) Mulholland, Dublin and Stranorlar
The death has occurred of Dr Patrick Joseph (Joe) Mulholland, Foxrock, Co Dublin and formerly of Stranorlar/Ballybofey.
Dr Mulholland was the former Managing Director of RTÉ and the former Director of the MacGill Summer School.
He passed away peacefully after a long illness surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of all the staff at St Vincent’s Private Hospital on Saturday, January 31.
Beloved husband of the late Annie (August 2025) and loving father of Fiona, Sylvain and Julien.
Predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Danny.
Sadly missed by his sons, daughter and her partner Geoff, sisters Celine and Elizabeth, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends in Ireland, England and France.

The death has taken place of Adam Patrick McDonnell, 2 Manor Court, Convoy.
Adam (14) passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 2.
Adam will be forever loved and cherished by his heartbroken parents, Rachel and Neil and his big brother James.
He will be deeply missed by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are welcome to call to his home today until 9pm.
Funeral leaving from his home tomorrow, Thursday, February 5 at 1.30pm going to St Ninian’s Church, Convoy for a Service of Celebration for his life at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Beloved wife of Niall and much loved mother of Dominic (Edel), Shannon, Tanya (Ciaran) and Chloe (Jordan). Cherished grandmother of Alayah, Aaron and Willow.
Dear sister of Shaun, Gerard, Hugh, Kieran, Martin, Liam, Barbara Gormley, Patricia O’Brien and Philomena Harkin.
Predeceased by her parents Phyllis and Pat Doran and her sister Mary.
