Sr Elizabeth (Lily) Beirne, Rathmines and Stranorlar
The death has occurred of Sr. Elizabeth (Lily) Beirne, Rathmines, Dublin and Stranorlar, Donegal late of Sclessin, Belgium and Juilly, France.
Sr Beirne passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Kiltipper Woods Care Centre on Friday, September 13.
Predeceased by her parents Jim and Maud and her sisters Maura and Sr. Eileen SSL.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters Sr. Sinead SSL and Peg, her brothers Vincent and Seamus, her sister-in-law Eithne, her brother-in-law George, her niece, nephews, extended family, her St. Louis community and friends.
Requiem Mass at 11 am today, Tuesday, September 17 at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Refuge of Sinners, Rathmines with burial afterwards in Kilmashogue Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Anne Quigg, Bridge House, Malin Head.
Ms Quigg passed away at Letterkenny University Hospital on Friday, September 13.
Anne will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
Anne’s Funeral Mass will take place this morning, Tuesday, September 17 in Star of the Sea Church, Malin Head at 11am followed by burial in Lagg Graveyard.

Bernard Dillon, Letterkenny
The death has occurred of Bernard Dillon, Glenview, Ballyraine, Letterkenny.
Mr Dillon passed away peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family in the special care of the Donegal Hospice on Monday 16.
Deeply regretted and forever missed by his loving wife, Brid, son Ciarán (Jacqui), daughters, Bronagh and Sinead (Gráinne), granddaughter, Aoife (Graham), great-granddaughter, Fíadh, nieces, nephews and extended family, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at his late residence today, Tuesday, September 17 and Wednesday, September 18 from 1 pm to 9 pm each day.
Rosary on both nights at 9 pm.
Removal from there on Thursday, September 19 to St. Eunan’s Cathedral for 11 am Requiem Mass which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny followed by burial in Conwal Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Susan McDaid (née Murray) Farnagh, Ramelton, Co. Donegal, F92 E6X2, September 16, peacefully at her home.
Deeply regretted by her loving family, husband Vincent, daughter Debbie, son-in-law Chris, granddaughters Ellie and Livvy, also Shirley and David, brothers Paddy and Corny, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her loving son Mark.
Reposing at her home today, Tuesday, September 17, from 11am until 10pm.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday, September 18, at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Ramelton.
Burial afterwards in Killydonnell Graveyard.

Ivan Tucker, Carrick
The death has occurred of Ivan Tucker, St Columba’s Close, Carrick and formerly Corbally, Limerick.
Mr Tucker passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, September 15.
Our hearts go out to his wife Rachel Ward Tucker, their daughters Edith and Clare, and to his parents Gerry and Louise, as well as his brothers David, Niall and their wives Fiona and Aneela.
Ivan will be missed by his nieces Ina, Seren, Sophie, Bethan, Róisín, Claragh and his nephew Eoin, along with his extended family, friends and neighbours.
Our sympathies also extend to Rachel’s mother Libby, (wife and mother to the late Donal and Edith Ward) and her brother Michael and his wife Ornagh.
We also wish to acknowledge the great support of Rachel’s cousin Deirdre Hardiman, who has been a tremendous help to the family.
May Ivan’s gentle soul rest in peace.
He was immensely proud of their daughters, Edith and Clare and their achievements brought him great joy.
Ivan, in turn, gave great joy to all who knew him. May his family find strength and comfort in each other and those around them during this difficult time.
His absence will be deeply felt by all.
House is strictly private as per Ivan’s wishes.
Removal to St. Columba’s Church, Carrick today, Tuesday, September 17 for 7pm to repose overnight.
Funeral Mass at 11am Wednesday, September 18 with removal from there to Lakelands Crematorium afterwards for cremation.

Dan Coyle, Gweedore
The death has occurred of Dan Coyle, Cnoc Fola, Gweedore.
Mr Coyle passed away at his home on Sunday, September 15.
Predeceased by his brothers Paddy, John, Mickey and Tony, sisters Sheila and Kitty, nephews; Patsy, Paul and Robert and grandnieces and grandnephews.
Sadly missed by his sister Bríd Coll, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
His remains will repose at his home.
Rosary tonight at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday, September 18, in St. Colmcille’s Church, Cnoc Fola, at 11am, interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
