The tragic death has occurred of Stephen McCahill at his home in Beagh, Ardara, Co. Donegal F94D1W9 on January 5th, 2026.
Stephen will be greatly missed by his heartbroken family. Forever cherished husband to Marietta, loving father to Gemma and Steven, adored father-in-law to Lauren, doting grandfather to Marykate, devoted brother and brother-in-law to Peter, Angela, Patricia (John), Desmond (Rose) and Bridie, and beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Pre-deceased by his parents Eileen and Packie and his brother Micheal.
Stephen will be sadly missed by the wider McCahill family, his much-loved Corner House family, his large circle of friends and neighbours, and everyone who benefited from his tireless work to help the communities of South West Donegal. Stephen’s legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.
His remains will repose at his home on Thursday morning, January 8 from 11am to 9pm and on Friday, January 9 from 11am to 9pm.
Funeral from there on Saturday morning, January 10 at 11.30am for 12noon requiem mass in Church Of The Holy Family, Ardara with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

People attending the wake are advised to park at Ardara G.A.A pitch or the Dolmen Centre Kilclooney were shuttle bus will be in operation.

The sudden death has taken place of Peter McMahon, Ballymagroarty, Ballintra, at Sligo University Hospital.
Pre-deceased by brothers, John, Seamus, Eugene, Brian, Kevin and Oliver, sisters, Theresa and Eileen.
Beloved husband to Mary and loving father to Marie, Damien, (Yvonne), Louise (Adrian), Denise (TJ) and Peter (Joan). Loving Grandad to his Grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother to Noel (Roslea) and Mary (Coventry). Fondly Remembered by his brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews and his many neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the family home in Ballymagroarty, F94 P9H2, Tuesday, January 6 from 7.30pm and Wednesday, January 7 from 10am.
Removal on Thursday morning to St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by burial afterwards in St Tierney’s Graveyard, Roslea, Co Fermanagh BT92 7PU arriving approximately 12.30pm

The death has occurred of Seamus O’Malley, Glenties, formerly of Rosmuc, Galway.
Predeceased by his parents, Frank and Maud. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Bernie, his sons Michael (Deirdre), James, and John (Megan), grandchildren Rose, Charlie, Kate, and Kayden. Brothers and sisters Tomas, Máire, John, Brid, Catriona, Michael, and Proinnsias, brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his late residence in Glenties, F94 Y9T2, from 6-9pm on Tuesday, January 6 and on Wednesday, January 7 from 11am to 9pm. Each evening, house private after 9pm for family prayers.

The peaceful death has taken place of Don McCrossan, Corryagan, Donaghmoyne, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Raphoe, after a short illness, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda in the dedicated care of all the team and with his family by his side.
Predeceased by his darling infant daughters, Deborah and Mary, his grandson, baby Adrian, parents, Mary Ann and William McCrossan, brothers, Mickey, Pat, Liam, Tommy, Eddie, Sean and Barney; sisters, Susan, May and Lizzie.
Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend, Kathleen, his son, Adrian and daughter-in-law, Kathryn, his cherished and adored grandchildren, Jonathan (Natasha) and Lauren (Jack), his precious and so loved great-grandchildren, Layla Rose and Lorcán, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Bríd Heffernan, Factory Road, Derrybeg.
Predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Mary Mc Ginley, husband, Tommy, daughter, Sharon and her mother and father in-law, Mary and Charlie Campbell.
Sadly missed by her daughters, Mary, Paula (Declan) and Bríd Anne (Colm), sons, Tommy, Martin, Patrick (Karen) and Eamonn (Sinéad), sisters, Eileen, Nora and Nan, brother, Eamonn, ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of William Gallagher, Cloghanmore, Cloghan, and formerly of Tullyhonor, Breenagh.
Predeceased by his parents, Conal and Bridget, his sister, Grace Kelly, December 2024, and his niece, Grace Marley, August 2012.
Deeply regretted by his nieces and nephews, the Breen family, Helena, Liam and Breid and the Kelly family, Mairead, Breda, PJ, Aidan, Séamus, Carmel, Claire, Evelyn and Louise.

He died on December 31, peacefully at his home.
