The death has occurred of Mary Gilroy (née Kyne), Streedagh, Grange, Co Sligo and formerly Clonbur, Co Galway.
Ms Gilroy passed away peacefully, in her 97th year, at St Phelim’s Nursing Home, Dromahair surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 8.
Predeceased by her husband Dan and son-in-law Martin.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by her daughter Maura Gilchrist (Longford), sons Seamus (Cork), Sean (Letterkenny), and Donal, daughters-in-law Maeve, Pat and Helen, her adored grandchildren Macdara, Cormac, Sorcha, Brónach, Gráinne, Eoghan, Colm, Desmond, Orna, Eimear, Caoimhe and great grandchildren Isabelle, Oisín, Líadan and Donovan.
She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Anne and Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at McGloin’s Funeral Home Cliffoney (Eircode F91N880) on Friday, January 10 from 4pm to 7pm.

Carmel Ann Doocey, Bundoran and Mayo
The death has occurred of Carmel Ann Doocey, Téach Sona, Drumacrin Road, Bundoran and formerly of Geesala, Mayo.
Ms Doocey passed away peacefully at Sligo University Hospital on Tuesday, January 7.
Carmel will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her loving family, brothers Vincent (Fethard, Co. Tipperary), Gabriel (England) sisters Mary Graham, (Belmullet, Co. Mayo) and Kathleen, (England), her brothers and sisters-in-law, all her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, relatives and friends, especially all the residents and staff of Teách Sona, Bundoran where she spent the last number of years.
She is predeceased by her loving parents Michael and Teresa Doocey, (Geesala, Mayo), and her brothers Patrick, Eddie and Noel.
Reposing at Teách Sona, Drumacrin Rd, Bundoran on Thursday, January 9 from 2pm to 6pm, all are welcome.
Removal from there on Friday morning, January 10 at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Bundoran for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am.
Removal afterwards for burial in Geesala Cemetery, Geesala, Co Mayo arriving at approx 3.30pm.

Mr Boyle passed away at Letterkenny University Hospital on Wednesday, January 8.
He is predeceased by his parents John and Maryann, brothers Paddy, John and Gerry and sister Mamie.
He is sadly missed by his brother Phil, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Eamonn’s remains will repose at Shovlin funeral home, Sandfield, Ardara on Thursday afternoon from 4pm until 7pm.
Removal from funeral home on Friday morning at 10.15am to St. Connell’s church, Glenties for requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Nora (Hannah) Taylor, Wicklow and Malin
The death has occurred of Nora (Hannah) Taylor (née McLaughlin (Jackie)), Ashford, Wicklow and formerly of Ross Head, Glengad, Malin.
Ms Taylor passed away peacefully with her family by her side at St Vincent’s University Hospital on Saturday, January 4.
Dearly loved wife of Kieran and much loved mother of James, Michael, Hannah, Cian and Jack.
Sadly missed by her siblings Hugh, Eilish, Jim, Joseph, Pat, Mickey, Eamon and Alan, and by her adoring grandchildren, daughters in law, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her son Paul Thomas, parents James and Mary and brothers Seán, Paul, Robert and Benny.
Nora will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home Kilcoole on Friday from 6pm until 8pm.
Funeral arriving at Ashford GAA grounds on Saturday morning at 11.40am and then proceeding at walking pace to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary Ashford arriving for 12 noon funeral Mass followed by private cremation.

Mr Ward passed away peacefully in Letterkenny University Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 7.
Predeceased by parents Charlie and Annie Ward and sister Mary Cowley.

Ms Varilly passed away suddenly at her home on Friday, January 3.

The death has occurred of Nancy Robinson (née Armstrong), Drumbuoy, Newtowncunningham.
Ms Robinson passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 7.
Predeceased by her late husband Norman, daughter Helen, daughter-in-law Rickie, sisters Dolly, Audrey, Hetty, Florence, Mavis and brother Sammy.
Beloved mother of Rosemary (Drew), William, Norma (Ian), John (Ann), Judy (Mitchel) and James (Angela).
A devoted grandmother and great grandmother to her twenty grandchildren and twenty eight great grandchildren.
Nancy will be remembered with love by her sisters Enid and Clare and the extended family circle.

The death took place on Sunday of Terence (Terry) Ferry, South Circular Road, Dublin 8 and formerly of Dunfanaghy, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of the staff of Maryfield Nursing Home, Chapelizod.
He was the beloved husband of Mary (Alleguen) and loving dad of Jane and Caroline. Terry will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, Dermot, Miles, Mary-Kate, Adam, Connie and Cillian, his brother Brendan, nieces, nephews, his wide circle of family, neighbours and friends.

He passed away peacefully after a short illness on h December 11, aged 60 years.
