Maryrose Carr, Mountcharles and formerly Donegal Town

The death has occurred of Maryrose Carr, Drumnaherk, Mountcharles, F94 V290, and formerly of Carnbeigh, Clar, Donegal Town. 

She died peacefully at home. 

Maryrose was predeceased by her parents, Seamus and Mary and her sisters, Baby Mary and Bernie. 

Sadly missed by her heartbroken partner, Paul, sisters, Margaret (Colm), Fidelma (Andrew), nephew, Cailean (Denise) and grandniece, Harper Rose. 

Reposing at her home on Sunday, October 5 from 2pm until 8pm and Monday from 2pm until 8pm. 

Rosary each night at 9pm.

 

Requiem Mass in St Agatha’s Church, Clar on Tuesday at 1pm followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

House private to family on the morning of the funeral please. 

There will be a shuttle bus service from Church of the Holy Redeemer, Drimarone car park to the wake house.

Eileen McDermott, Roscommon and Clonmany

The death took place on Friday, September 26 of Eileen McDermott (née Doherty), Birmingham, UK, late of Scrine, Rahara, Co Roscommon and formerly of Clonmany. 

Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her loving husband, Frank, daughter, Nicola, son, Francis, grandsons, William, Rory and Ellis, granddaughter, Clementine, daughter-in-law, Hannah, brothers, Colm and Bernard, sister, Mary Frances, nieces, nephews,relatives, neighbours and friends.

Eileen is predeceased by her parents, Barney and Madge. 

Reposing at Hamrock’s Funeral Home, Athleague (F42CC92) on Thursday, October 9 from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by removal to Church of Mary Immaculate, Rahara. 

Mass of the Resurrection on Friday, October 10 at 11am with burial afterwards in Rahara Cemetery. 

Funeral Mass will be live-streamed. 

Bridget Lennon, London and Bruckless

The death has taken place of Bridget (Breege) Lennon (née McNern), Winchmore Hill, London and formerly “Church View”, Bruckless.

She died peacefully, with her family by her side.

Bridget was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Maggie McNern.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by husband, Matty, daughter, Sharon, sons, Mark and Barry, daughters-in-law, Maxine and Sophy.

Bridget was the much adored grandmother of James, Ellie, Jack, Matthew, Bea and Molly, brothers Brian, Sean, Jim, Martin.

She is also survived by her sisters Margaret and Geraldine, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, dear friend Nanda and a wide circle of friends in Ireland and London. 

Funeral Mass on Thursday, October 16 at St. Monica’s Church, Stonard Road, Palmers Green, London N13 4DJ.

Mass will be celebrated in Bruckless on Wednesday, October 8 at 7pm. 

Lynn Hutchinson, Enniskillen and Convoy

The sudden death has occurred of Lynn Hutchinson, née Maxwell, Moyglass, Enniskillen and formerly of Carrickbrack, Convoy F93HN30, in the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen. 

Lynn Margaret, dearly loved daughter of the late Joe and Gretta, beloved sister of Ian, and Noel (Allison). A devoted aunt of Thomas, Emily and Andrew. 

Friends and neighbours were welcome to call and meet the family in Ballycassidy House Funeral Home, 101 Killadeas Road, Enniskillen on Friday evening.

Removal from there on Saturday back to her family home in Carrickbrack, Convoy where you are welcome to pay your respects from 1pm and on Sunday from 1pm. 

Funeral leaving from there on Monday at 1.30pm for 2pm Funeral Service in Carnone Presbyterian Church, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Carnone Presbyterian Church, care of Terence McClintock Funeral Director. 

Lynn will be lovingly remembered by all her family and friends.

Breed Gallagher, Loughanure

The death has occurred in Glasgow on Wednesday, October 1 of Breed Gallagher, née Sharkey, formerly of Loughanure.

Bríd McGinley, Brinalack

The death has taken place in the Donegal Hospice of Bríd McGinley (Bríd Mhicí Sheamus), Glassagh, Brinalack. 

Predeceased by her husband, Charlie, parents, Micí and Nancy, sister, Mary, brother, Paddy and son in-law Cha. 

Sadly missed by her daughters, Ann (Cha RIP), Maureen (Justin), Maeve (Paul), sons, John (Janice), Charlie (Ann Marie), Michael (Ann Marie), Oliver (Hilary), her 20 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and extended family and friends. 

Her remains reposed at her late residence (F92 X9W9). 

House private on the morning of the funeral. 

Funeral Mass will take place on Sunday at 11am in Teach Pobail Cholmcille, Cnoc Fola, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Danny McConologue, Stranorlar

The peaceful death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Danny McConologue, Ballinaglack, Stranorlar. 

Predeceased by his parents, Rose and John. Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his partner, Doreen, sisters, Kathleen and Mary, great neighbours and many friends. 

Reposing at McCool’s Funeral Home, Ballybofey on Saturday and Sunday from 5pm, concluding with the rosary at 9pm. 

Funeral leaving from there on Monday at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Charlie Logan, London and Raphoe

The death has occurred of Charlie Logan, London, formerly of The Diamond, Raphoe.

He died in London on Friday, aged 78 years.

Charlie is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his devoted wife, Kathleen, his children, Emma, Brian, and Kevin, his cherished grandchildren, his brother, Ollie, sisters, Etta, Gertie and Jean, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.

He will be fondly remembered by all his family in London, Raphoe, and his connections in Buncrana.

Charlie was predeceased by his beloved parents, Charlie and Sadie Logan, and his brothers, Tommy and Willie.  

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. 

Martha Stewart, Dunfanaghy

The death has taken place in the Lake House Nursing Home, Portnablagh, of Martha Stewart (née Baxter), Murroe, Dunfanaghy.

Much loved and sadly missed by her husband, Jimmy Stewart, sisters, Jean Moore, Tillie Wilkin, Kathleen Neely, brother, John Baxter, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Her remains reposed at her home.

Funeral Service in St. John’s Church, Ballymore on Sunday, October 5 at 2pm.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Family and neighbours only on the morning of the funeral please.
