The peaceful death has taken place at her home of Joan Doherty (née Beattie), Tremone Bar, Carrowmena, Moville.

Stewart Scott, Raphoe
The peaceful death has taken place of Stewart Scott, McBride Street, Raphoe at the home of his sister Dolores Thompson, Ballybofey.
Predeceased by his brothers Billy and Leonard, sisters Sadie, Marty, May and Florence. Stewart will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Dolores, brother-in-law Jim, brother Robin, sister-in-law Evy, nieces, nephews and the extended family circle.
His remains will repose at his late residence from 12noon to 10pm on Saturday.
Funeral leaving from there on Sunday at 2.15pm for 2.30pm Funeral Service in St Eunan’s Cathedral, Raphoe followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Mary Coll, Arranmore and Letterkenny
The death has occurred of Mary Coll, 30 Clachan Mór, Windyhall, Letterkenny and late of Arranmore Island, who passed away unexpectedly in the care of the wonderful staff of Letterkenny University Hospital on Wednesday.
Predeceased by her mother Brigid, her father John and her brothers Patrick and Danny.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by Rose Dillon and family, the Sweeney family, her grandnephews Fionn, Andrew, Aaron and Odhrán and grandnieces Caragh, Aoibheann and Lola, her dear neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her home in Clachan Mór (F92AK4H).
Mary will make her final journey home to Arranmore Island on the 12 noon ferry on Sunday. Requiem Mass in St. Crone’s Church Arranmore at 1pm followed by burial, alongside her grandparents, in the old graveyard.

Nan McLaughlin, Sligo and Ardara
The peaceful death has occurred of Nan McLoughlin (née Herron), Glencoe Cottage, The Bridge, Strandhill Co. Sligo F91 K261 formerly Glencoe, Ardara.
Lovingly missed by her daughters and sons Marie (Michael), Paraic, Ann (Glenn), Fiona (Jeff), Michael, Kathleen (John), Beatrice (John) Niall, Lorraine (Peter), grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brothers John (Grange), Frankie (Ardara), and sister Beattie Kelly (Raphoe) and all her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Nan was predeceased by her husband Paraic, parents Mamie and Patrick, brothers and sisters Mick, Patsy, Mollie Moore, and Kathleen Gallagher.

Funeral cortege will be leaving her late residence on Saturday at 3.30pm going to St Patrick’s Church, Strandhill for 4pm Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the St Patrick’s Church Cemetery, Scarden.

Ernest (Ernie) Sterritt, Letterkenny
The death has occurred of Ernest (Ernie) Sterritt, Ard View, Killyclug, Letterkenny.
Mr Sterritt passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, February 26.
Predeceased by his parents, baby daughter Deidre, brothers James and David. Treasured and much loved husband of wife Catherine (Cathy), sons David (Lisa), Clive (Nikki) and daughter Karen (late husband Dave).
Fondly remembered by his brother Alec (Canada) and sister Connie (UK).
Sadly missed by his grandchildren whom he adored, Eva, Thea, David and Noah, extended family members, good neighbours and many friends.
Service of thanksgiving will take place at his late residence (F92 C2YH) on Saturday at 2pm followed by interment in Gortlee Cemetery.

Christopher (Christy) McDaid, Dublin and Bundoran
The death has occurred of Christopher (Christy) McDaid, Bundoran and Dublin.
Mr McDaid passed away after a short illness bravely and courageously borne on Wednesday, February 26 with soulmate and best friend Mirette by his side, having been in the excellent care of Professor Orla McArdle and her team at SLRON at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
Predeceased by his parents William and Mary Ellen, his brother and sister, Charles Joseph and Mary Patricia, who both died in infancy, and by his brother Bishop Emeritus Liam MacDaid.
Christy was a former and retired teacher at Presentation Brothers N.S. Glasthule and Willow Park School Blackrock.
He was Founder and Leader of Willow Wheelers Cycling Club.
He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his cycling and missionary communities in Dublin, Africa and Brazil, also by his cousins and extended family and by his wide circle of friends and former colleagues.
Commemorative Mass at 11.30am Saturday, March 1 at Church of the Assumption – Booterstown, Dublin followed by drive-through Willow Park School and Blackrock College.

Mr McCaffrey passed away on Thursday, February 27.

The death has taken place of Charlie Harvey, Conwal, Letterkenny.
Mr Harvey passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, February 27.
Deeply missed by his loving wife Cecilia, daughter Sarah and husband Alan, sons Ollie and wife Ciamhe and Cathal and wife Suzanne, grandchildren James, Sadie, Grace, Anna, Faye, Charlie, Lucy and Ella, brother Jim, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.
Charlie is predeceased by his brother Hugo.
Charlie’s remains are reposing at his late residence from 12pm until after the Rosary at 9pm.

Mr Friel passed away peacefully in the caring hands of the staff in the Donegal Hospice surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 26.
Predeceased by parents James and Mary Friel, baby sister Rose, sister Breege, brothers Barney, Pat, Dan and infant son James.
Survived by devoted wife Annamarie, son Martin and wife Orna, daughter Maryanne and husband Des.
