The death has taken place of Basil McGill, Tudor Vale, Oranmore and formerly of Letterkenny.
Basil passed away peacefully on Friday at Galway University Hospital.
Devoted husband to Elizabeth and the late Eileen.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Liz, daughters, Denise, Lisa, Ann and Laura, sons, Paul, John and Daniel, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister, Carmel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Remains arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore on Monday, May 12 for his Funeral Mass at 10.30am followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium.

Vinnie Harper, Ramelton
The peaceful death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of Vinnie Harper, 1 Cúl na Coille, Rectory Road, Ramelton, F92 E438.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife, Eileen, brother, Charlie, sister, Bridie, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Paddy and Tina, brothers, William, Packie, Paul and Kevin and his sisters, Angela and Ann.
Reposing at his home. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 2.30pm in St. Mary’s Church, Ramelton.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Gunborg Benvick, Glenties
The death has occurred on Thursday, May 8 of Gunborg Benvick in her 106th year.
She passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family in Glenmacannive, Glenties.
Sadly missed by her son, Sune, granddaughter, Louise (Anthony), grandson, Sven (Dorota), great-grandchildren, Patrick, Tony, Shaun, Karolina, Sara and Henrik, great-great-grandchildren, Sophie and Sarah-Jayne and her carer, Niamh.

Hugh Óg McGuinness, Moville
The death has taken place at Beach Hill Manor Nursing home, Lisfannon of Hugh Óg McGuinness, Dunroman, Moville.
Predeceased by his parents, Hugh and Bridgid and brothers, Noel and Sean.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sisters and brothers, Martena, Helaine, Michael, Mark and Aoife, nieces and nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
Hugh Óg’s remains are reposing at Eamonn McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Carndonagh F93 E4FN on Saturday from 6-7pm where everyone is welcome to pay their respects.
Funeral from there on Sunday at 9am for 10am Funeral Mass in St Pius X Church, Moville followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Michéal O’Donnell, Carrick
The death has occurred of Michéal O’Donnell, Bogagh, Carrick.
Predeceased by his parents, Francis and Annie, his brothers, Frank, Aodh, Paddy, Sean and his sisters, Mary and Cáitlin (Kathleen).
He is survived by his sister, Anna (Dundalk), brother-in-law, Edward (Bruckless) and sisters-in-law, Margaret (Largy, Killybegs) and Bridie (Dublin). He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the home of his niece, Karina Curran, Conlin Road, Killybegs, (F94 VH00) on Friday and from 1pm to 8pm on Saturday, May 10.
House strictly private at all other times please.
Removal on Sunday for requiem Mass at 11am in St Cartha’s Church, Kilcar, followed by burial in the local cemetery.

Mary McGlynn, Bundoran
The death has occurred of Mary McGlynn (née McEniff), Lissadell Ave, West End, Bundoran.
Ms McGlynn passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of all at The North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo on Thursday, May 8.
Mary will be forever loved and sadly missed by her loving family, her devoted husband, Philip, her cherished son, Philip John, her brothers, Brian (Cautie) McEniff and Dr. Liam McEniff, and all her many nieces, nephews, the extended McGlynn and McEniff families and all her relatives, neighbours and friends.
She is predeceased by her beloved parents, John and Elizabeth (née Begley) McEniff and her brothers, Sean McEniff and Pat McEniff.
Reposing at Breslin’s Funeral Home, West End, Bundoran (F94E92F) on Friday, and on Saturday, May 10 from 1pm to 5pm.
Removal on Sunday morning from Lissadell Ave, Bundoran at 10.30am to arrive at St. Aidan’s Church, Kinlough, Co Leitrim for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with removal afterwards to St. Ninnidh’s Cemetery, Newtown, Bundoran for burial service.

The death has occurred of James McGarvey, Magheralosk, Bunbeg.
Mr McGarvey passed away in Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, May 4.
Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Mary McGarvey, brother Owenie, grandson Seamus Owen, aunts and uncles, including Mary McGeady and Charlie McGarvey.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Rita, son James Anthony (Amanda), daughter Marie Clare (Ryan) and son John Paul (Karen), and his beloved grandchildren, Niamh, Charlie, Liam, Cliona and Lucia, his sister Marion (McGinley), nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Removal to Christ the King Church on Friday, May 9 for Mass at 6.30pm.
In Gaoth Dobhair, James will repose in Roarty’s Funeral Home Derrybeg (F92 DN4X) between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday, May 10, with the Rosary at 8pm.
Funeral Mass will be held in St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Annagry, on Sunday, May 11 at 1pm followed by interment in Magheragallen cemetery.
