Joseph Houston, Cloghan

The death has occurred of Joseph Houston, Lettershanbo, Cloghan, Donegal.

Mr Houston passed away peacefully at his home in Birmingham, England, in his 100th year, on Sunday, December 15.

Beloved husband of the late Mary, much loved father to Angela, (James) Caroline, (Craig) and John (Helen).

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his son, daughter, grandchildren, son in law, daughter in law, nephews, nieces in Ireland and England, (Mc Cool family, Hone family, Houston family) extended family and friends.

Joe’s Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, January 13, at 11am in the Church of St. Joseph and St. Helen, Kings Norton, with interment in St. Nicholas Churchyard, Kings Norton.

Mary Carr, Donegal Town

The death has occurred of Mary Carr, Carnbeigh, Clar, Donegal Town.

Ms Carr passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Donegal Hospice on Sunday, December 22.

Predeceased by her husband Seamus, baby daughter Mary and daughter Bernie.

Dearly loved mother of Maryrose (Paul), Margaret (son in law Colm) and Fidelma (Andrew). Deeply missed by grandson Cailean (Denise) and close friends.

Remains reposing at her late residence on Monday, December 23 from 2pm to 9pm.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday, Christmas Eve in St Agatha’s Church, Clar at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Grace Kelly, Bomany, Letterkenny

The death has taken place of Grace Kelly (née Gallagher), Bomany, Letterkenny, F92 TV76.

She died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by parents Conal and Bridget, husband James (2005), daughter Grace Marley (2012).

Deeply regretted by her children Mairead, Breda, PJ, Aidan, Seamus, Carmel, Claire, Evelyn and Louise, sons and daughters-in-law.

Sadly missed by brother William Gallagher and sister Peggy Breen. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandson, extended family members, good neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Mass in St. Eunan’s Cathedral on Tuesday morning (Christmas Eve) at 11am followed by interment in Conwal Cemetery.

House strictly private at the request of the deceased.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Parkinsons Association of Ireland, care of any family member or Charlie Mc Clafferty Funeral Director.

Noreen Bourke, Ballintra

The death has taken place of Noreen Bourke (née Corry), Ballymagroarty, Ballintra.

She died peacefully at Ballyshannon Community Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband, Michael. Sadly missed by her sons, Michael, Patrick and Dennis, her daughters, Mary, Theresa and Nuala, her brother, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her late residence on Monday from 3pm until 9pm, where everyone is welcome to pay their respects.

Removal on Tuesday morning to St Brigid’s Church, Ballintra for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

House strictly private on Tuesday morning please.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Ballyshannon Community Hospital, ℅ any family member.

Please note a one way system will be operational during wake hours with entry from the Main N15 road at Racoo and exiting at Foyagh Bridge on the Rossnowlagh Road.

Joe Hutchinson, Bridgend

The peaceful death has occurred at his daughter’s residence, surrounded by his loving family of Joe Hutchinson, formerly Hutchinson’s Shop, Bridgend.

Predeceased by his loving wife Sheila and infant daughter Ann Josephine.

Deeply saddened by his death are his sons and daughters Mary Murphy (Mick), Grace Hutchinson, John (Maria), Bernadette McLaughlin (Michael), Mairead Sheerin (Brian) and Eamonn, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, his wider family circle and friends.

Removal from there on Monday morning at 10am going to St Aengus’ Church, Burt for requiem Mass at 11am followed by interment in Burt Cemetery.

Family time please from 11pm to 11am and family only please on the morning of the funeral.

Michael McGlynn, Bruckless

The death has occurred of Michael McGlynn Bruckless, formerly Dunkineely. He died peacefully on Friday at the Harbour Lights Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his beloved son, Peter and his parents Danny and Elizabeth. Deeply missed by his wife Margaret, his brothers and sisters, Mary (Clifford RIP), Angela, Antionette (Aidan), Gertie (Michael), John (Jean) and Raymond (Moya), his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass at 11am on Monday in the Church of Saint Joseph and Saint Conal, Bruckless with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Harbour Lights Nursing Home or Killybegs Community Hospital, care of any family member.

Dale Latendresse, Newtowncunningham

The death has taken place of Dale Latendresse, Newtowncunningham. She died peacefully on Wednesday, December 18 in the wonderful care of the staff of Beaumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Robert and loving mother to Heather and Jessica. Dale will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, children, grandson Joshua and his wife Jade, relatives, friends and neighbours.

A private family Funeral will take place.
