Elizabeth Hannon, Greencastle

The death has occurred of Elizabeth Hannon, Balleighan East, Greencastle.

Ms Hannon passed away peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital on Friday, December 13.

Beloved wife of Michael and much loved mother of Catherine (Declan) and Seamus, devoted Granny of Dáithí, Cahir, Charlie and Conan.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her Sister and Brothers, Nieces and Nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Harry Molloy, Gleneely

The death has occurred of Harry Molloy, Moneydarragh, Gleneely.

Mr Molloy passed away at his home on Friday, December 13.

Beloved Husband of Mary and a much loved Father of Margaret (Stephen), Philip (Carol), Harry (Margo) and Marian (Francis).

He was a devoted grandfather to all his grandchildren.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brother, nieces and nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Harry’s remains are reposing at his home where you are all welcome to pay your respect.

Funeral from there on Monday, December 16 at 10.20am for 11am Funeral Mass in St Mary’s Church, Bocan followed by Interment in Bocan graveyard.

Florence (Flor) McBride, Letterkenny and Mayo

The death has occurred of Florence (Flor) McBride (née Higgings), 1 Errigal View, Letterkenny and formerly Claremorris, Co Mayo.

Ms McBride, who is a retired nurse who worked in Dungloe and the National X-Ray Unit, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 14.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy and all her siblings, most recently brother Tommy Higgins on December 7 (Claremorris).

Deeply regretted by her stepdaughter Geraldine Rice and stepson Sean McBride, many nieces, nephews, friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing at the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny (F92 XE35) from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Monday, December 16, where you are most welcome to pay your respects, concluding with removal to St. Eunans Cathedral, Letterkenny for Reception Prayers at 7pm.

Reposing overnight for 11am Requiem Mass on Tuesday, December 17, which can be viewed live on the link www.churchservices.tv/letterkenny followed by burial in Conwal Cemetery.

Patrick (Patsy) Hegarty

The death has occurred of Patrick (Patsy) Hegarty, Lettermakenny, Stranorlar and formerly Drumhumberland, Convoy.

Mr Hegarty passed away at Letterkenny University Hospital on Saturday, December 14.

Sadly missed by his brothers John (Strabane), Hughie (Raphoe), Anthony (Raphoe) and Michael (Strabane), sisters Mary McGinley (Kilmacrennan), Margaret Watson (Scotland) and Nellie Hegarty (Raphoe), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Patsy is predeceased by his wife Kathleen (2020) and his parents Patrick and Kathleen.

Patsy’s remains are reposing at his late residence on Monday, December 16 from 12 noon until 10pm with Rosary at 9pm.

Funeral from there on Tuesday, December 17 at 10am going to St. Mary’s Church Convoy for 11am Requiem Mass with interment afterwards in the New Cemetery.

Annie Hegarty, Burnfoot

The death has occurred of Annie Hegarty Crislamore, Burnfoot, Donegal The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Annie Hegarty, Crislamore, Burnfoot. Beloved wife of Seamus and much loved mother of Sean, Tina, Bernard, Annette, Jackie, James, Owen, Michael and Damien. Dear sister of Rose, Kathleen and Philomena. Deeply regretted by her loving husband, sons, daughters, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. MAY ANNIE REST IN PEACE Annie’s remains will be reposing at her home this evening, Saturday, 14th December from 6.00pm where you are all welcome to pay your respects. Removal from there on Monday morning, 16th December at 10.15am to St Mura’s Church, Fahan for requiem mass at 11.00am followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Mary Ellen Moss.

May will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken daughters Mary (Martin), Jacqueline, Rachel (Nigel), and Patricia, brothers Hugh (Margaret) and Michael (Patricia), sisters Phylis, Betty (Philip), Fidelma (Paddy), Brigid, Geraldine (Gez) and Ted, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by her brother, Patrick Moss (London).

The death has occurred of Johanna McCrea Rossmore, Donegal Town, Donegal.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Edwin, children Pamela (Anthony) and Jeffrey (Danielle), seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Reposing at Tír Conaíll Funeral Home, Donegal Town, F94 FX3A, Sunday, December 15 from 3pm to 7pm, followed by removal to her daughter Pamela’s home.

Funeral in Laghey Parish Church, Monday, December 16 at 2pm followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Norman Wilson, Milford

The death has occurred of Norman Wilson Tully Mountain, Milford, Donegal, F92 YE03 Wilson, Norman, Tully Mountain, Ramelton, Co. Donegal, F92 YE03, December 13, in Letterkenny University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Renie, son Robert, daughter Heather, daughter-in-law Mavis, son-in-law Tom, granddaughters Maura and Victoria, extended family and friends.

Beloved husband of the late Martha, Bohillion Upper, Burt, Co Donegal, loving father of Amanda, Derek and Avril, father-in-law of Armour, Susan and Malcolm, devoted grandfather of Alice, Jack, Chloe and the late baby Lucy and dear brother of Tillie and the late Willie, Jack, Molly, Sam, Joe and Bertie.

Funeral service will take place at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home on Monday at 2 pm.

Interment afterwards in Crossroads Presbyterian Church. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Letterkenny University Hospital.

The death has occurred of Sean Moynihan, 56 Culmore Road, Derry City, Derry / Killarney, Kerry / Bridgend, Donegal.

The death has occurred at his home of Sean Moynihan, 56 Culmore Road, Derry and formerly Lissivigeen, Killarney, Co Kerry.

Predeceased by his loving wife Kathleen (nee McLaughlin, Bridgend Co Donegal).

Much loved father of Kerry, Brendan, Sean and Aoibheann and dear brother of Christopher, Mary, Cait and Bernie. Deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughters, son-in-law,-daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brother, sisters, extended family and friends.

Remains reposing at his late residence where you are all welcome to pay your respects.

Removal from there on Tuesday afternoon, December 17 at 12.15pm to St Aengus’ Church, Burt for requiem Mass at 1pm followed by interment in St Mura’s Graveyard, Fahan.

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Brian Toland, Larganreagh, Downings, Co. Donegal surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 11 am in the Church of St. John The Baptist, Carrigart which can be viewed live on Mevagh Parish Facebook page.

Internment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
