The sudden death has taken place of Liam Gilmore, Bridge Street, Carndonagh.

Beloved brother of Oliver, Evelyn, Donal and Bride.

Predeceased by his brother Michael, his sister Marion and his parents Dan and Elizabeth.

Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, his extended family here and in England, his friends and neighbours.

Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

Pedro Serrinha, Milford

The death has occurred of Pedro Serrinha, 40 Lough Fern Heights, Milford.

Mr Serrinha passed away peacefully at his home.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Lorraine, sons Elliot (Simona), Adam (Danielle), Luke (Tara), Jonah (Alisha), his mother Maria Gabriela and Manuel, sister Carla, brother Ricardo, sister-in-law Solanj, nieces Alice, Carolina and Joao, nephews Pedro and Diogo, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by his father Vitor.

Reposing at his home from 4 pm Friday, June 6.

Funeral Mass on Sunday, June 8 at 11 am in St Peter’s Church, Milford.

Burial afterwards in Milford Cemetery.

Rosary both nights at 9pm.

Family time from 10pm until 10am and on the morning of the funeral.

 Kyle Robert Scanlon, Ballybofey

The death has occurred of Kyle Robert Scanlon, Cappry, Ballybofey.

Mr Scanlon passed away suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday, June 4.

Much loved and sadly missed by his parents Elizabeth and Robin, sisters Diane (Peter), Cheryl (Luke), Lauren (Thomas), nieces Leah, Hollie, Hannah and wider family circle.

Kyle will be reposing at his family home in Cappry. House is strictly private please.

Funeral prayers there on Saturday the 7th June followed by private burial.

Julie Devenney (née McCormick), Convoy and Glenties

The peaceful death has occurred of Julie McCormack Devenney, 6 Manor Court, Convoy, and formerly of Kilraine, Glenties, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the Donegal Hospice.

Predeceased by her father Tony and mother-in-law Noeleen.

Julie will be very sadly missed by her husband Stephen, children Ethan, Adam, and Sophie, her mother Ursula, her brother James, sister-in-law Laura, and brother-in-law Christopher, her nieces and nephews, extended family, and her circle of best friends.

Julie is being waked at her mother’s residence, Kilraine, Glenties. House private for family and close friends at the request of the deceased.

The funeral takes place on Saturday morning, June 7 at 11am, in St. Connell’s Church, Glenties, with interment afterwards in the local cemetery.

Nancy Russell (née Black), Letterkenny
The peaceful death has taken place in Letterkenny University Hospital of Nancy Russell (née Black), Roughpark, Letterkenny, F92 H39X.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, son Michael, daughters Marie, Amanda and Kathryn, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brothers Billy, Alex, Joseph, Dessie, Gerard and Thomas, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her husband Mickey, daughter Martina, and sisters Joey and Eileen.

Remains reposing at her home.
Requiem Mass on Saturday, June 7 at 11am in the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Letterkenny.
Burial afterwards in Conwal Cemetery.

Family time from 10pm until 10am and on the morning of the funeral.

May Bradley (née Gallen), Castlefin
The death has occurred of May Bradley (née Gallen) of Cashelin, Ballybun, Castlefin, F93DP66 on June 4, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband John, sister Sarah, and brothers John, Paddy, and Hugh.
May will be forever missed by her loving daughters Eileen (Patsy), Sadie (Frank), Bernie (Enda), and sons Sean and Cathal, her eight grandchildren, Martin, Jonathan, Emma, Darragh, Ciaran, Stephen, David, and Shane.

May’s remains are reposing at her home.
Rosary at 9pm. Funeral leaving her home on Saturday at 1.30 pm for 2pm Requiem Mass at St. Mary’s Church, Castlefin and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family time from 10pm to 11am.

Patrick (Paddy) Friel, Gaoth Dobhair

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Patrick (Paddy) Friel, Meenaniller, and formerly of Stranacorkra, Gaoth Dobhair.

Predeceased by his wife Noreen, mother Mary, father Philip, stepmother Annie, brothers Dominick, Dan and Charlie.

Sadly missed by his daughters, Mary Teresa, Yvonne, Katrina (James) and Audrey (Joe), grandchildren, Shannon, Lee, Amanda, Jamie, Shaun, Jason, Kyle, Joey and Jordan, sister Mary, brothers; Sean, Philip, Joe and Owenie, and extended family and friends.

Wake on Friday from 11am to 8pm with rosary at 8pm.
House private on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 12 noon in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Dunlewey. Interment afterwards in Magheragallon cemetery.

Michael Duffy, Carrigart
The untimely death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Michael Duffy, Lenamore, Carrigart F92 X688.

Dearly beloved husband of Rebecca and devoted father of Thea, Bronagh and Josie.

Michael is predeceased by his father Joe Duffy and will be sadly missed by his mother Mary and siblings Ann-Marie, Kathleen, Tracy and Niall.

His remains are reposing at his late residence in Carrigart.

Due to access restrictions buses will be running from St. John the Baptist Church between 4pm and 9.30pm.

Funeral Mass in St. John the Baptist Church, Carrigart on Saturday, June 7 at 11am.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

The peaceful death has taken place at his home of Phelim Doherty (Big John), Greenhill, Malin.

Beloved husband of Nancy and much-loved father of Kirsten.

Dear brother of Brian and Raymond. Deeply regretted by his grandchildren, Charlie and Matthew, son-in-law Steve, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Removal on Friday at 2.30pm going to St Mary’s Church, Lagg for Requiem Mass at 3pm followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Family time, please, on the day of the funeral and at all times outside of stated visiting hours.

Laura Finnegan, Kerry, Donegal, Cork and Limerick

The death has occurred of Laura Finnegan (née Duncan), Derra, Brosna, Co Kerry and formerly of Culdaff.

Ms Finnegan passed away peacefully with her family by her side at University Hospital Kerry on Tuesday, June 3.

Laura is very sadly missed by her loving husband Jack, sons John and Patrick, daughters-in-law Caroline and Ellen, adored grandchildren Daniel, Shauna, Neil, Ariane, Ciara, Jaime and Clodagh, great-grandsons Zayn and Noah, brother Patsy, sisters Phyllis, Maria, Bernadette and Majella, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, all her other relatives, neighbours and friends.
Removal on Friday, June 6 to St Carthage’s Church Brosna to arrive for requiem Mass at 12pm.
Interment afterwards in The New Cemetery Brosna.

Susan Hamilton, Manorcunningham

The death has occurred of Susan Hamilton (née Craig), 22 Eirry, Manorcunningham.

Ms Hamilton passed away suddenly on Friday, May 30.
She is predeceased by her husband Joseph, brother James and her parents James and Jeannie.

Susan will be forever missed by her loving daughters Joanne (Mickey), Amanda (Gerard), Rachel (Kevin), Lisa (Stephen) and her 10 grandchildren Kayla, Joseph, Jack, Jessica, Ciara, Leighton, Jamie, Eoghan, Lily and Michael.
Sadly missed by her brother John (Josie), sisters Margaret (Denis) and Ruby in Kildare, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.

Removal on Friday morning, June 6 at 9.45am to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Inch Island for requiem Mass at 11am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Mary Ita Boyle (née O’Donnell), Glen Road, Glenties.

Ms Boyle passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, June 3. Predeceased by her parents Jimmy and Mary of Main Street, Glenties.

Dearly loved wife of Hugh and beloved mother of Ciaran (Vallisa), Deirdre and Breidin, and adoring grandmother of Jude and Ada.
Mary Ita will be sadly missed and forever remembered by sisters Irene and Barbara (Pat RIP), brothers Michael (Marie RIP), James (Brenda) and Aidan (Terry), her sisters-in-law Anne (Hughie), Margaret (Sean), Mary (Hughie RIP), her uncle Frank Rawl and aunt Maggie Kennedy, her many nieces and nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Fr Billy passed away at the Nazareth House, Fahan on Tuesday, June 3.

Dear brother of Neil, Seán and Colm, predeceased by his sister Mary, and his brothers Michael and Pat.
Deeply regretted by Seán’s partner Dácil, his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Ms McDaid passed away peacefully at home in her 100th year surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, June 3.
Beloved wife of the late Eamon and cherished mother of Kieran, Declan, Fergus, Enda, Brighdín, Eunan, Malachy, Dympna (Mangan), Colum, Eamon, Garvan, Fidelma (Delaney), Brian and Phelim.
She will be forever missed by her sons, daughters, sisters Nora (Dunne), Vera (McElhinney), brother John, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a wide circle of friends.

Arriving at St Mary’s Church, Askeaton on Friday, June 6 for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Reilig Mhuire, Askeaton.

The death has occurred of Kevin O’Kane, Watford, England and formerly Doneyloop.
Mr O’Kane passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 28.

Loving brother of Teresa (Gillespie), Hugo, Noel, Brendan and the late Seamus, cherished son of the late Mary-Jane and Michael.
Funeral arrangements to be confirmed later.

Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by his entire family circle and many good friends.
