Finn Harps manager Darren Murphy gave an update on the future of Ryan Flood after their 2-2 draw with Derry City in a pre-season friendly on Sunday.
Flood scored 14 goals in all competitions in 2023 for the Harps and was the Player of the Year for many fans.
The 25-year-old was signed on a two year contract but after speaking to the club in November expressed his desire to play full-time football.
The Harps announced they were willing to speak to interested parties after this but Murphy said there have been no offers and the midfielder has been training with the club and started in the draw with their rivals.
A brilliant goal before half-time from Flood levelled the game at 1-1 and Murphy commented on the American, who has been linked with a move away from Finn Park.
