RAPHOE Community Playgroup, considered a vital hub for early childhood education, finds itself confronting a dire structural crisis, amid scathing criticism directed towards local politicians.

“Safety of the children is paramount. I have to go by what the engineers tell me. They say this building is no longer safe. We have until June and then we will have to move but I’m not quite sure where we’re going to move to,” she said.
