DALY – The death has taken place at Altnagalvin Hospital of John Daly, 22 Northland Crescent, Derry, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his wife Nellie; daughter Cecilia; son Roddy and grandson Michael.
Survived by his sons Thomas (Derry), Michael (Newtowncunningham), John (Manchester), Josephine (Derry) and Eugene (Derry); deeply regretted by extended family, neighbours and friends.

John’s remains will repose at his son Michael’s residence, 4 Moyle View, Newtowncunningham, (Eircode: F93W4C6) from 7 pm, Sunday, 29th January. Funeral Mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral, Derry on Tuesday, 31st January at 10 am, followed by burial in the City Cemetery.
