Cullen gears up for Tyrone test

DANNY Cullen is delighted to get the opportunity to pull on the Donegal jersey in the championship this year, and he is hoping for a strong end to the season.

However, they have to see off Tyrone in the semi-final in Letterkenny first. That game throws in at 1.30pm on Saturday.

“I suppose after the year we have had, part of us are just happy to be out playing.

“But at the same time, you want to win. That’s why you play in the first place.

“At the start of the year the aim was to win the Nicky Rackard and I suppose it doesn’t really matter if the competition is played in November or May.”
