KEITH Cowan is enjoying life at Letterkenny Rovers as the Leckview men attack multiple competitions on the silverware front.

The Ramelton man is in his first season in the Donegal Junior League after an impressive career in the League of Ireland and the Irish Leagues.

And when leaving Dergview in the summer, the 39-year-old was showing no signs of stopping.
