The HSE are continuing to offer COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible cohorts in Donegal.
Those aged 6 months to 4 years can receive their primary COVID-19 boosters, appointments for which can be made via www.hse.ie
Children aged five to eleven years can also receive their primary doses at the Letterkenny CVC tomorrow Friday March 4th.
The vaccine is also available to those aged 12 years and over with those aged 12 to 16 years needing to be accompanied by a parent/guardian, at the below times and dates.
With a number of respiratory viruses, including COVID-19, in circulation in the community, the HSE are highlighting the importance of eligible people availing of COVID-19 vaccinations to protect themselves and those around them from serious COVID-19 illness.
All people in the 18-49 years age group are eligible for their second COVID-19 booster, provided it is six months since their last vaccine or since they had a COVID-19 infection.
You can check the number of COVID-19 vaccines you have already received and the date of your last COVID-19 vaccine on your digital COVID-19 certificate.
There are a number of options for those in Donegal to get their vaccines over the next week.

Sinead McConnell, General Manager, COVID-19 Vaccination Programme HSE Community Healthcare Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Monaghan, Sligo said:
“With many respiratory viruses circulating in the community we are advising people to avail of COVID-19 primary and booster vaccines at their earliest convenience. The HSE recently announced the inclusion of children aged 6 months to 4 years in the COVID-19 vaccination programme and we would ask all parents to consider vaccinating their children to prevent serious illness as a result of COVID-19.”
