BRACE yourselves for another cold night with temperatures set to drop below freezing in many parts of the county.
Donegal County Council has confirmed that its gritting service will be treating designated routes tonight from 9pm.
The gritters will be deployed again on Tuesday morning from 6am.

It has been a day of much rainfall in Donegal and Met Éireann is forecasting a drop in temperatures later.
Any lingering rain or drizzle will mostly clear during the first half of the night, leaving mainly dry and cold conditions with some frost or fog. Lowest temperatures are predicted of -1 to +4 degrees.
